Bilingual Receptionist – 1 year Contract

Reporting to the Customer Service & EDI Supervisor, the Bilingual (French/English) Receptionist is responsible for front desk reception and watch warranty repair coordination. Handling incoming calls and emails in both French and English the position requires the delivery of exceptional customer service and administrative skills. 

Key Job Functions:

  • Provide point of contact between customers, retail stores and the in-house watch technicians
  • Process repair service orders including opening parcels, process repair in system, notify customers of repair estimates, obtain payments and process invoices
  • Liaison paperwork and invoices with Finance Department
  • Process parts orders as required
  • Greet clients and customers at the front desk
  • Manage switch board, receive and redirect incoming calls and paging system
  • Coordinate caterings and beverages for meetings and set up as required
  • Check and make sure photocopiers are filled with papers on a daily basis
  • Manage mail room requirements and postage machine
  • Open and distribute mail (internal and external)
  • Maintain tidy and organized common areas
  • Place office supplies orders
  • Place maintenance calls for the all Ricoh (printer) machines
  • Ensure coffee supplies are ordered as necessary
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience in a Bilingual (English/French) administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Friendly and engaging
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve difficulties competently and professionally
  • Team player that can work under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
